Real name: Bonginkosi Dlamini

Born 24 April 1981 in the Soweto township of Zola, South Africa (hence the nickname), Mr. Dlamini first came to be noticed by the public eye as an actor - playing a thug in the TV series "Yizo Yizo 2".

Also a poet and platinum-selling kwaito performer, Zola's first album, "Umdlwembe", was released by Ghetto Ruff in 2000, combining styles like hip hop, gospel as well as traditional Zulu and Sotho music.

Most recently, Mr. Dlamini is an active humanitarian, the presenter of his own TV show, "Zola 7", and he has released a range of clothing.
