Miracle Room was an experimental rock band formed in Austin, Texas in 1986 by Steve Marsh on guitar, vocals, electronics and loops, with Ed Greer on bass and percussion and Richard Smith on drums and percussion. In late 1987, Rock Savage took over on drums.
The band moved to New York City in late 1988. Savage left to join Barkmarket and was replaced by Clem Waldmann. Performance artist Jane Dowling also joined the band. The group broke up in 1993.
