Group of 11 Colombian musicians, 5 of them from the Timbiquí region, Cauca, Colombia, who fuse the sound of the Chonta marimba, the cununos and the folkloric bass drum, together with the rest of an orchestra and singers.
Herencia de Timbiquí has been honored on several occasions, some of the most important were: Shock Colombian Music Awards, the most important folklore festival of Colombia called "Festival Petronio Alvarez Pacific Music" and the International Festival Viña Del Mar, Chile 2013, where they obtained Gaviota de Plata for Best Folk Performance.
