American Doom/Sludge metal band formed in Weymouth, MA in 1992.

Nightstick is a power trio consisting of bassist/vocalist Alex Smith, guitarist Cotie Cowgill, and drummer Robert Williams. Nightstick are well known for there unique stage shows which feature a dancing clown called Padoinka. Padoinka the clown is widely considered to be the 4th member of the band has featured heavily on the art work of all full-length albums. The Padoinka persona has been adopted by several people during the years.
