Buddy Bernier

Real name: Henry Bernier

American lyricist.
Born April 21, 1910 in Watertown, New York.
Died June 18, 1983 in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 73.
Mainly active during the 1940s and 1950s.
He charted as a songwriter eleven times and had four top 10 songs between 1936 and 1959 including a #1 song with "The Big Apple" by Tommy Dorsey and His Orchestra in 1937 (co-written by Robert D. Emmerich).
