Conductor of Детский Хор п/у А. Чмырева (Kalingrad Children's choir), composer. Anatoly began singing in his church choir at age 6, where his love for music developed. He later entered the Moscow Conservatory and completed his classes in 1931. After graduating, he led various choral groups until he was invited in 1943 to work in the city of Kalingrad. In the club "ZIK" (named after M. I. Kalinin, he created the first children's choir). During this period, he went to schools to listen and eventually developed the desire to teach children the art of choral singing.
In 1957, he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Art Worker of the RSFSR".
