Greek extreme metal band from Athens. Formerly located in Athens, Attica. But later moved to Kópavogur, Iceland. It was established by Warhead (Lefteris Eleftheriou aka. Terry Eleftheriou) in the end of 1999. He perform all instruments and vocals from 1999 until present day. The unique sound, speed and brutality have given Wargrinder a cult status in the extreme metal scene. Its musical style took major influence from black-death metal fusion, grindcore and so-called "war metal" microgenre.
