Polly Fae is a darkwave artist from the United States. She originally was recording under her own name, Paulina Cassidy, but for a while switched to the Polly Fae stage name for her Dreamwalkers album. Some of her older records were reissued under this new name. Since lately she changed her artist name to Paulina Fae and her reissues carry that name now.
