American jazz pianist and composer born in 1969 in Lansing, Minnesota, he currently lives in Rome
He studied at the New England Conservatory of Music where he completed a master’s degree studying with George Russell, Danilo Perez, Cecil McBee, Charlie Banacos, Jerry Bergonzi and Paul Bley. He has appeared with Kenny Wheeler, David Murray, Frank Lacy, Rob Mazurek, George Garzone, David Liebman, Gerald Cleaver, John Tchicai, Roberto Gatto, Diana Torto, Jerry Bergonzi, Jamaaladeen Tacuma, Steve Swallow and many others.
