Nesh - Kala is a term in the Mayan language that means "purifying time" and is the name chosen by this Mexican group of four young musicians committed to the music, history and traditions of Mexico. The members of Nesh - Kala are: Daniel Contreras, composer, arranger, lead vocals and guitar. Irma Zamudio, violin, voice, flute, accordion and vihuela. Eduardo Becerril, bass, harmonica, guitar, accordion and voice. And Alonso Tovar, percussion, accordion, bass and guitar.
