Formed from humble beginnings, in the shadow of a growing central New England city, the breakthrough rock quintet Gilt The Lily is peeling back the layers of human nature. Through emotional lyrics, floating and inflicting guitars, technically infused drumming, and solid bass lines they feed the release of a sound that must be heard.

In the summer of 2002 the group entered the studio to record their debut album. An extensive recording process ensued as the band produced and financed the album on their own. Overcoming set backs and economic hardship, the band prevailed with an album which serves as a testament of their unwavering dedication to their music.

Easily shifting from lulling, somber compositions, to relentless and uncompromising aural assaults, Gilt the Lily is generating music for the masses.
