Troi Mat are: George Patsiotis: Guitar, Vocals; Vasilis Antonopoulos: Guitar; Labros Papanikolaou: Double Bass
Troi Mat are a band from Athens, Greece. Initially driven by their love for Django Reinhardt’s music, gypsy jazz (or jazz manouche in French), they have been performing around Greece in various venues as well as the annual greek gypsy jazz festival, Djangofest Athens.
In 2016 they collaborated with jazz organist/pianist Christos Digkas and drummer Giannis Papadoulis on the project JasmOvision, a mix of the traditional gypsy jazz and modern jazz styles.
