Mexican group of music from Veracruz, Mexico. Trovadores del Sur is a group that was formed in 1985 with six musicians from different regions of the state of Veracruz, but it was until 1991 that it joined the Directorate of Artistic Activities of the S.E.V. They interpret various musical genres that are found within Latin American folklore, their priority being the rescue and dissemination of the son jarocho in which they show their great sensitivity in the execution of the instruments, both in didactic and formal concerts.
Their professionalism has led them to successfully participate in events of great importance in the national and international territory. Its charisma, joy and commitment to Veracruz music make it one of the most representative groups of the entity.
