Countess of Fife were formed in 2016 by Fay Fife, singer/writer with Scots punk/post punk bands The Rezilllos /The Revillos, with guitarist Allan McDowall of influential post punk country outfit So You Think You're A Cowboy. They are based in Edinburgh and their music draws from Country, Punk, early R 'n' B, Soul, Girl Groups and Gospel.
