Hasrat Jaipuri (15 Apr 1922 – 17 Sep 1999) was an Indian poet, who wrote in the Hindi and Urdu languages. He was also a renowned film lyricist and wrote many songs for the Bollywood films. He won the Filmfare Best Lyricist Award for the songs: Baharo Phool Barsao from film Suraj (1966) & Zindagi Ek Safar Hai from film Andaz (1972).
