Eazy D is best known for his sets at Vibealite; as well as the weekly show he had on pirate radio station Fantasy 101.9 FM in his home town of Sheffield, along with MC Rush. He also runs an old skool night in Sheffield called Re-U-Nitez.

Despite his best efforts, promoters continue to spell his name incorrectly as Easy D instead of Eazy D; also the D in his DJ name stands for his first name Darren.
