Formed by Mark Anthony Machovina, his later wife Gina Machovina (née Dumont) and Gina's brother Tom Dumont, along with original bassist Ron Zemanek and drummer Marty. Tom was still in high school at the time and Gina was starting her music studies at the University of California.

Guitarist Tom Dumont would later go on to play in the pop rock band No Doubt.

There is another demo with a different lineup, which had a "much harder thrash/doom edge", according to Kevin Stevens.
