Lane Caudell, born on April 25, 1952, in Asheboro, North Carolina, USA, is a singer-songwriter and actor noted for his work with Skyband and as a solo artist. As an actor, he starred in 80-plus episodes of the U.S. television daytime drama, Days of Our Lives, and used his musical skills in the rock n' roll comedy-drama, Hanging on a Star. His music also appears in the late '70s teen-drama, Goodbye, Franklin High. His son, Toran Caudell, is a musician and filmmaker in his own right.
