Whoredom Rife Emissary is a sub-project under the banner of Whoredom Rife.
According to the bands Bandcamp page:
"The aim is to display a more low-key side to the band, and to appeal to the listener in a different way. The idea is that both projects can interact with each other, yet stand on their own.
As the name suggests, Emissary is a solo project on behalf of Whoredom Rife, but with the same names and ideas involved."
