Manolo González Otero. This resident of Mazaricos, known to us by Cego De Fornís, was born in 1950 in this village of Coiro. At the age of six or seven he was diagnosed with glaucoma. Despite the family's efforts, nothing could be done and at the age of eight, on February 2, 1959, he lost his sight completely.
