This alias of Jon 7's is kind of an in-joke. In one area of Eugene, Oregon, the streets are named after presidents, but on the streets where they would have had to duplicate a president's name, they've named the street something else. One of those streets is Blair Blvd., which stretches from the hearing center to the trainyards, and courses directly through tweekertown, also known as Whiteaker. On this street, Eugene's finest toothless hookers roam the streets at night, and young people who have no idea what they got themselves into jitter, jaw and jabber til sunrise.
