Olivier Kalabasi is a native of Kinshasa (DR Congo) in the commune of Ngaba, on Rue Manzengele n° 89. He currently resides in Paris (France) where he serves his God in praise and adoration in the group "El Bethel”. From an early age Olivier stood out in the streets as a percussionist, he was also part of the choir of the apostle Tambu Lukoki. Passionate about music, on his arrival in Paris, Olivier became the essential of Christian musicians. He starts as a drummer.

But at that time Olivier Kalabasi is not recognized by all. Shortly after, he joined the group “Le Prince De La Paix” led by René Lokua. From then on, he was no longer called Olivier but Olibass as he confirmed his talents as a bass player within the group. Very talented "Olibass" evolves at a breathtaking pace, he arranges several Christian albums (Dior Vanga, Sype Masiala, etc.). Olibass had wrote the song “Natondi Yo” in the album “La Grâce” by the group Le Prince De La Paix.
