Louis H. DiIulio (July 19, 1926 - December 15, 2018) attended United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois; Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois; and Vander Cook College in Chicago, Illinois, where he received his Master's Degree in Music Education. He worked as a Band Director and Coordinator of the Music Department at Moline High School for 33 years, retiring in 1986, after which time he taught private music lessons.
