All songs recorded at Radio Tokyo, Venice, CA, April–May 1986, except Tracks A2, A5, B11, B12, recorded at Inner Ear Studios, Washington, D.C., September 1985.

Kevin Seconds is mistakenly credited with guitar on 'Just One Day' (B13), but this credit belongs to track B12, 'Put These Words to Music' from the D.C. session at Inner Ear.
