Real name: Mario Venditti
Born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Naples, at 10 minutes from the city centre,Mario Venditti aka A Beat Disciple is a young, not so young anymore, dj and producer.
Music lover since the age of 4 years, he remember very well when heard for the first time "Zombie" of Cranberries on the seaside.
From that moment the love for music has been a crescendo, never stopped, and also thanks for his parents he started to listen italian "musica leggera": Lucio Dalla, Battisti, De Gregori and so on...
At age of 13 he tumbled down into an his cousin's compact disc, it was full of Master at Work and Dj Gregory's stuff; no need to say that he felt in love at first sight with the genre called tribal house. No way to escape.
So he tried go deeper and started to produce on Propellerhead Reason, then he moved quickly on Live Ableton with which he feel more in sinergy.
From that moment came the releases, under the acryonym "Twilo", "Petit Kirikou" on the italian Globox, then "Mucho Malo" on 250Rec. and "Close Friends" finally on 12Rec.
This year che collaborated with Bosconi Records for a charity compilation with the track "Badolato Marina".
His style is a mix of house music with romantic melodies which winks to balearic sound engaged on simple but effective Italo disco rhythmics with tribal afro influence.
Yeah thats a big cauldron of things, but what can't lack in his production is the harmony of elements.
