After playing in the 70s in italian prog and jazz rock bands such as Samadhi and Kaleidon, over the years he is become an appreciated session musician collaborating moreover with Giovanni Tommaso, Nunzio Rotondo, Massimo Urbani, Enzo Scoppa, Cicci Santucci, Johnny Griffin, Lee Konitz, Steve Grossman, Charles Tolliver, Gary Bartz, Billy Cohham and Chet Baker.
