Goth/Bilingual/Dark-wave/Art-rock/minimal wave band that started in 2013 and was founded by Bunny Villaire and Veil. The Tail have released 2 albums so far on Cd and a 7 inch vinyl as well as a full length of their 2nd album on wax. Their 2nd album 'Nam Shub' was released June 8th 2022 on vinyl with different songs from the 'Nam Shub' Cd that was released 2021 in September. The Cd was known as 'Nam Shub Pt. II' and the Vinyl 'Nam Shub Pt. 1" and they are both companion albums that together round out the totality of Tail From the Crypt's 2nd album 'Nam Shub' which had been a 4 year long project.

The Tail are consistently changing their line-up and instruments as they see fit. The Core group as of 2021 has been Veil(guitars; keys; synths; melodica); Midnight Mike(bass); and Bunny Villaire(omnichord; drum machine; Vox; lyricist).
