Frank Ricotti

British jazz vibraphonist and percussionist, born 13 January 1949 in London, England.
Studied at the Trinity College Of Music, London (1967-1970), recorded jazz with Neil Ardley, Mike Gibbs (4), Stan Tracey and other. Later concentrated on studio work, working with Pet Shop Boys, Rick Wakeman, Gerry Rafferty, Chris Spedding, Leo Sayer etc., and composing music for TV.
He is known to play congas, bongos, vibraphone, tambourine, shaker, tubular bells, marimba, glockenspiel, xylophone, snare drum, triangle, timpani, timbales, tabla, sleigh bells, drums, gong and assorted other percussion, including ethnic and Latin.
