The Group was formed during 2006, when rapper Carlos Coy or better known by his stage name "SPM" was in The Harris County Jail on a peal, during his time there he secretly recorded several songs from a payphone with the help of the inmates, they later became known as "The County Boys", they helped Carlos by turning plastic bags into thick strings and they tied it onto several places in the facility and they used whool blankets and made him a sound proof vocal booth, and during that same year they made and finished his album Telephone RD.
