Born as Jean-Marc Brige in Cherbourg (Manche) on 17 December 1945 and died in Paris 21 November 1994.

In the early 1960s , Billy Bridge is noticed by Kurt Mohr, who works for the Odeon label. He published under this label, his first album Billy Bridge - Surboum in 1962 , where he enjoys the support of the American guitarist Mickey Baker.
