Waldemar Schieber (born May 13, 1927 in Doberschau, Lower Silesia (now Dobroszów) near Chojnow) is a German horn player and former teacher at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Academy of Music in Leipzig.From 1956 - 1992 member of the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, 1962 - 1992 as solo horn player.
