Dutch singer and actress, born November 30, 1975 in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Her national breakthrough came in 1996, when she was cast as the female lead in the Dutch version of the musical Miss Saigon. She's also the Dutch voice actress of Disney's Mulan character. Participated in the 2000 Eurovision Song Contest with No Goodbyes. Her Eurovision performance wasn't broadcast in her native Netherlands, due to the broadcast being cut short because of a huge fireworks disaster in Enschede that day.
