Medea Quartet

String quartet founded in 1991 by 4 students from the Royal Academy of Music; they became residents at the University of York in 1993.They studied with the Amadeus Quartet and followed classes by the Borodin Quarter and Bartók Quartet, as well as with Alban Berg Quartet and La Salle Quartet.
