Branko Isaković

Real name: Branko Isaković

Serbian bass player, producer, arranger and composer born in Valjevo 1958.

Branko was member of several pop, rock and alternative bands active in former Yugoslavia including: 'Suncokret' (1977-8), 'Bulevar' (1978-1982), 'Propaganda' (1982), 'Idoli' (1982-5), 'Dejan Cukić & Spori Ritam Band' (1986-9, 1992-2001), 'Kerber' (1989-1992) and 'The Glissers'(1996-7).

In mid-nineties his interests turn towards ambient, spiritual & Balkan ethno music. He played bass and produced 'Bilja Krstić & Bistrik Orchestra' (2000 -2006), roma band 'Kal' (2006-2007), 'Stupovi'. He closely collaborates with Dejan Cukić, Ljubomir Ninković, Vlada Divljan, and Vlada Stojanović - Les Gigantes.

In 2001 Branko formed Serbian ethno and dance company 'TEODULIJA' with Ivica Stojanović.

'divineSound' is his own project focusing on ambient, ethno, spiritual and healing music.
