Gittele & Goldele Malavsky
Members: Gittele Malavsky, Goldy Malavsky
American vocal duo consisting of sisters, Gittele (Trudy) and Goldele (Gloria) Malavsky. They were daughters of the well-known Cantor Samuel Malavsky (1894–1985) In addition to popular music they also recorded Yiddish, Cantorial and Liturgical music as a duo and as part of The Malavsky Family Choir. Eddie Fisher's first successful recording was made with the Marlin Sisters.
