Bill Backer (born June 9, 1926 – died May 13, 2016, Warrenton, Virginia, USA) was an American advertising executive. In 1971, Backer created the Coca-Cola campaign and accompanying song "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing (In Perfect Harmony)".
