Dolly Morse

Real name: Alfreda Theodora Strandberg (Morse)

American lyricist from New York, wife of Theodore Morse.
She and her husband became a successful songwriting team for Tin Pan Alley collective,
while she often used the pseudonyms of Dorothy Terriss, Dolly Morse and D.A. Esrom.
Theodora also wrote lyrics for other composers such as Julian Robledo and Paul Whiteman. ù
Some of her better known songs include:
• "Hail! Hail! The Gang's All Here" (1927).
• "Siboney" (1927)
• "Three O'Clock In The Morning" (1922).
• "Wonderful One"
