Iraida Noriega was born in 1971 in Mexico City, and is the daughter of musician, singer and lyricist Freddy Noriega. She is a Mexican radio singer, songwriter, producer and broadcaster currently considered the exponent of Mexican jazz with the most solid and constant career. In 2012, she released the folk jazz album CARACOLITO, which was chosen as one of the top ten jazz records in Latin America by iTunes. Iraida currently performs concerts on national and international stages.
