Bernard Weinman

Presented as one of the writers of Elvis Presley's song "Too Much", together with Lee Rosenberg.
But, according to lawsuits he stole the number from Jean Norris Beasley who wrote the song together with her husband William Beasley. They organised the first recording for Bernard Hardison. The song was unnoticed. The publishing rights were signed over to the company of Weinman. The sales man Weinman heard that Elvis wants to cut new records and was looking for new songs. He removed the original writer credits from Beasley and Norris and replaced them with his own name and his secretary of that time Lee Rosenberg. The song became a big hit, but he never wrote the song.
