Philip Phile

German-American composer and violinist (173?–1793)
He composed the music for the tune "Washington's March" or "President's March" who was first played ceremonially on 1789 in Trenton, New Jersey to honor George Washington.
Later in 1798, the song has been re-arranged with lyrics by Joseph Hopkinson and renamed "Hail, Columbia".
