Earthball was initiated by John Brennan, Isabel Ford and Jeremy Van Wyck. all music is improvised. Each session, live or in studio the band would invite guests to partake in the sessions, most notably Kellan McLaughlan participated 80% of the time. Is he of the Earth? Is he on the Ball? Yes indeed. He is on the Earthball . In 2023 Liam Murphy joined the band playing reeds.
