Swedish poet, troubadour and composer, also known by the artist name Broder Tor, born June 24, 1913 in Luleå, died February 12, 1990 in Stockholm.

Bergner grew up in Hede in Härjedalen. He belonged to the so-called clear dwellings during the 1930s and 1940s. He toured with his songs throughout the Nordic countries and as a composer he composed poems by, among others, Nils Ferlin, Helmer Grundström and Emil Hagström.
