Fred Balls, or F. Balls (also credited as Fozzie Balls on several releases) was a songwriting and production alias used by Belgian cartoonist, comedian, and musician Fred Jannin (b. 1956) for his bands and musical projects in the 1980s, most notably The Bowling Balls and Zinno.
