Real name: Toby Allan Penner

Toby Penner was born in Three Hills, Alberta, Canada on February 1, 1976. After high school, Toby spent a bit of time playing guitar for a local rock band called BoxTree. He is a musician/songwriter best known for being in the Christian Pop trio Jake with his brothers that released two successful albums. He released an independent solo album in 2003 called "The Late Show", and an digital EP called "Don't Stare" in 2016.. He also had a band in Nashville called TAP (his initials). He is married and lives in Minnesota.
