Classical bassoonist and Professor of Bassoon.
She studied at the Royal Academy of Music. During her studies, she was Principal Bassoon in the European Union Youth Orchestra before becoming Sub-Principal Bassoon with the BBC Symphony Orchestra (1991-1999). After that, she joined the London Symphony Orchestra as their principal bassoonist. She served as a Professor of Bassoon at the Royal Academy of Music (1991-1999).
Married to Jaime Martín. Daughter of Celia Nicklin.
