The Zipps were a Dutch beat band from Dordrecht that merged from The Beat-Town Skifflers en The Moving Strings. They were signed by Op-Art in 1965, and their initial folk-beat sound soon gave way for a more psychedelic sound. The band released a string of singles with their second label, Relax, before disbanding in 1971. The original line-up joined forces several times since 2000 for revival shows and concerts.
