Marekh Godziashvili (1926-2017) was a Georgian singer. In 1953 she became a soloist with the Georgian Philharmonic. Also in 1953, she founded a guitar and vocal trio with Eduard Sepashvili (Эдуард Сепашвили) and Jimsher Lashkhi. Later Lashkhi was replaced in the trio by Konstantin Makaridze (Константин Макаридзе), then Sepashvili by G. Datuashvili. This trio was successful at the 6th World Festival of Youth and Students in Moscow in 1957, and was then able to tour abroad. It took on the name "Lile" (Трио "Лилэ"), and Datuashvili was replaced by Amiran Ebralidze (Амиран Эбралидзе). Later, Marekh performed with Jemal Bagashvili and Vakhtang Tatishvili (Вахтанг Татишвили). She retired from singing in the 1980s.
