Real name: Richard Fierro
Rich Fierro (1966-2003) aka Reverend Andy Warthog was the ringleader and instigator for a troupe of musicians from Orange County / Long Beach area called HITLER'S BIKINI during the years 1993 and 1994. Following that he formed a new band called the CAL TRANSVESTITES which was similar but more performance art based that a band.
