Hardcore punk band from Seattle, Washington. RPA formed in 1981 with members assembled from the ashes of other early Seattle punk bands such as Refuzors, Solger, and The Lewd.RPA released one 7" single in late 1983 or early 1984, and disbanded in 1986.
