With Paisaunt, Zannibal seeks to experiment with more primitive sound and song writing, as opposed to his main band Marrasmieli. Inspired by the French and Quebec black metal scene, as well as some music outside the metal genre, he combines his trademark sense of melody and atmosphere with the DIY grittiness.
